Our mission is to empower women to acquire the abundance of wealth and the leverage of resources. Spiritual Wealth, Relational Wealth, Value Wealth, Financial Wealth and Economic Wealth, while creating win-win synergies and multiple opportunities, to cultivate organic relationships, through resources, education, networks and platforms. We aim to elevate and accelerate growth in personal and professional development.
Our Story
Women Building Wealth Globally
Women Building Wealth Globally (WBWG) was founded with a singular vision: to close the gender wealth gap by equipping women with the knowledge, tools, and community they need to build lasting financial freedom.
What began as a local movement has grown into a global sisterhood — connecting women across industries, backgrounds, and borders who share one common goal: financial empowerment.
Through signature events, mentorship programs, and a vibrant membership community, WBWG provides real-world strategies and inspiration to help women at every stage of their wealth-building journey.

Executive Team Expectations
Protect the integrity of the organization and its members
Host a monthly event (at least one per year)
Commit to help promote all WBWG events
Commit to purchase 3 guest tickets for WBWG Signature events
Attend monthly committee member meeting — 1st Thursday of each month (Zoom)
Must have an active membership for one year
Must be voted in after interview with the board
Must have a positive attitude
Must attend semi-annual planning retreat

Technical / Webmaster
Maintains the website, membership portal, payment options, and KPI tracking. Manages the CRM to keep WBWG operations running smoothly.
Kimberly Edwards
Hospitality Chair
Responsible for planning and executing WBWG Signature events. Serves as the initial greeting team for all members and guests, managing check-in, swag bags, raffle gifts, room set up and break down, and post-event follow-up to ensure every attendee has a seamless experience.
Denise Banks
Education Coordinator
Coordinates the weekly educational content for members during meetings and workshops, and recommends coaching sessions to support member growth and development.

Oversees the WBWG monthly newsletter, submits articles and member spotlights, secures sponsorship ads, and builds strategic community partnerships to grow the WBWG brand and secure event sponsorships.

Membership & Recruiting
Sets clear goals for growing the membership base, creates membership events and a rewards loyalty program, evaluates member involvement, processes renewals, mediates member concerns, and ensures new members receive the WBWG orientation package.

Event Logistics Chair
Manages event set up including audio, visual, music, PowerPoint slides, and mic checks. Oversees room set up, event flow, and transitions. All event changes and requests must be approved through Brian Banks.
