Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of digital course content upon enrollment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the program has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact us within 7 days of enrollment at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

VIP Coaching sessions are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled or delivered. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice by emailing [email protected].

No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit that session.

In the rare event of a documented medical emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer a credit toward a future program.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of program access pending resolution.

Annual membership fees are non-refundable after the 7-day grace period following initial payment. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Event tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. To transfer your ticket, email [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event with the name and contact information of the new attendee.

For all refund or cancellation inquiries, please email [email protected] with your full name, email address used at purchase, and a brief description of your request. We respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
