Payment and registration forms must be completed to secure your vendor space. Each vendor will be provided with one 6ft table and two chairs. Please retain a copy of the agreement for your records. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received. Please reserve your space by Monday, October 19, 2026. No unassigned space can be used for extra racks or tables. Vendors may purchase 2 spaces if needed. All vendors are asked to donate a door prize from their business. Vendor recognition will be listed on the program.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
The vendor fee is $125.00 per vendor table (this price does not include the dinner fee). Please visit the WBWG website to reserve and pay for your vendor table:
VENDOR SET-UP/BREAKDOWN
Set-up time: Saturday, Nov. 7th 4:00 pm–6:00 pm (two hours prior to the event, and must be completed 30 min. prior to the entrance of guests at 6:30 pm). Vendors can display their goods/services before and during the event. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their reserved areas prior to leaving the event. The area should look as it did before your setup.
VENDOR AGREEMENT
I agree to comply with the directions of the vendor coordinator and hotel guidelines. I will adhere to the designated vendor assignments. Furthermore, I release Women Building Wealth Globally and its representatives from any liability related to the set-up, maintenance, missing items, security, and dismantling of my exhibit.
